Meet the partners

  Robert Bell has over 27 years of experience in marketing, originating and executing bank and capital markets related structured transactions in Europe. He has originated and executed many different mandate types in many different European jurisdictions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, restructurings and distressed situations and has worked on high profile mandates across a wide variety of industries, including: Real Estate, Infrastructure, Power and Oil & Gas. Throughout his 15-year career at UBS, Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital, he has raised large amounts in limited recourse senior debt, mezzanine debt and hybrid capital for corporates, private equity firms and developers. Robert has a BA in Political Science and Economics, as well as an MBA, from the University of Michigan.

  Ben Caring has over 20 years of experience in the marketing, structuring and management of real estate transactions in Europe and North America. As an owner and a Director of the Birley Members Clubs and Caprice Holdings, he looks after property, memberships and investments for all of their assets and brands, including The Ivy Collection, the Birley group of members clubs and Soho House group. These activities include the development and launching of several high-profile sites, including Soho Houses in Miami, Berlin and LA, as well as numerous clubs and restaurants for their other brands, such as Annabel's, The Ivy and Harrys Bistro. At Bell Capital, Ben originates deals worldwide and sources capital from the extensive HNW network he represents. Ben attended the Highgate School from 1996 to 1998 and graduated from Nottingham University in 2003 with a BA Hons 2:1 in Marketing & Business.
